The short version

Eight weeks to opening day

You are opening in Blaine on August 28, with the grand-opening party the night before on the 27th. That gives us about eight weeks, and three things need to be built and live before the doors open: a brand people recognize, a website that makes a first impression, and a social presence that is already active when patients start looking you up.

Layla sent you my way for a reason. I run all of Refined Cosmetic Center's brand and social, and it is the same patient you are after: local, trust-driven, choosing you for how the experience feels, not just the procedure. Sunny Smiles has a real edge to lead with, the massage chairs and VR headsets for nervous patients and a space that feels more like a spa than a dental office. That is the story that turns "a new dentist opened" into "you have to see this place."

Everything below is itemized and priced. You can take all three pieces, or start with the website and add the rest when you are ready.

Website

A custom-designed brochure site built on Squarespace. Clean, fast, mobile-first, and yours to keep.

Website design & build

$3,500 one-time

Building it on Squarespace is a deliberate choice that works in your favor. Your site is hosted on your own account, the subscription and domain bill to you directly, and at launch I hand you the keys. It is yours. You or your business manager can update hours, add the implant surgeons as they come on, or swap a photo without paying me a cent, and anything you would rather not touch, I handle at my hourly rate below.

Your part: You provide the substance only you have, your services, procedures, insurances accepted, and team bio facts. I handle how all of it is written, headlined, and structured for search and conversion. You give me the facts, I make them perform.
Revisions

I build the site on my experience and present it complete. Two rounds of refinements are included. Beyond that, changes are billed at $125 per hour, which is also the rate for any edits you would like me to make after launch. Additional pages beyond the set above are $250 each.

Brand & Logo

Lock a real identity once. It goes on the sign, the website, the front desk, and every location you open after this one.

You have a rough tooth-logo idea and a gold-and-white direction, and your sign is not made yet. That is the right moment to do this. Do it once, do it right.

Included
  • Up to three logo concepts presented. You pick a direction.
  • Two rounds of revisions on the chosen direction (additional rounds $100 each)
  • Primary, secondary, and icon versions of the logo
  • A color system built from your gold-and-white starting point

Social Content Management

You do nothing. I create it, shoot it, write it, animate it, and schedule it.

Timing matters here. While the clinic is still being built, we put the construction to work, capturing progress shots of the space coming together and running them as a "coming soon" story once the channels launch. The opening lands like an event people are already waiting for, and your channels are building an audience in the weeks before the August 27 party instead of being a blank page patients find when they look you up.

  • Three posts per week
  • Content creation: a mix of real captured footage and AI-generated visuals, fully captioned, with motion and reels
  • The full content mix: patient success stories and testimonials, procedure content (with patient consent), team and staff features, and the fun, viral-style videos that are getting real traction for Refined
  • You stay hands-off. Each month I plan the content around the on-site capture session and deliver posts to you for quick approval. There is no calendar for you to manage or maintain.
Month-to-month, no long-term lock-in. The retainer starts in August, with the construction and "coming soon" content captured on a shoot visit beforehand, so the channels launch with anticipation already building toward the party. On-site media capture is billed per visit, using the rate card below.

The monthly capture visit for your social content is a standard visit, and the grand-opening party is a standard visit too. A couple of hours captures everything worth capturing. I shoot in 4K and handle all the footage and storage on my end, so it is never a separate line on your bill.
Imagery

Website Imagery

Because the clinic is still being built, launch imagery comes from AI-generated visuals and licensed stock rather than photography.

The exact number of images is not knowable until the design is underway and we see what looks right, so this is left open with an estimate rather than pinned to a false number.

The eight-week runway

Brand and website come first because everything else is built on top of them. Locking the brand in July leaves comfortable runway to have the site and launch content ready well before the party.

Take all three

Commit to the website, brand, and social together and I will cap the website launch imagery at a flat $500 instead of the range above. Everything else stays exactly as listed.

Terms. For the one-time work (website and brand), 50% to start and 50% at launch. Social is billed monthly, in advance. Shoots are billed per visit. Everything is modular, take all three or start with the website and add the rest when you are ready.
